California RoHS Compliance Statement            California RoHS Compliance Statement

Dear Valued Customers:

The California Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulation came into effect on January 1, 2007. The purpose of this law is to limit the amount of certain hazardous heavy metals in specific electronic devices so that those metals never find their way into landfills, where they can be released into the environment.

The maximum concentration values (MCV) under California's RoHS Regulation are the same as those that apply to the European Union's RoHS Directive. For lead mercury, and hexavalent chromium the MCV is 0.1% by weight. The MCV. for cadmium is 0.01% by weight.

This statement is to certify that the parts manufactured by CHY-TECH (H.K.) INDUSTRIAL CO.,LIMITED and its subsidiaries will fully compliant with the California RoHS.
