RoHS Ⅲ Compliance Statement
On June 4, 2015, the European council in its official gazette published on (EU)2015/863 directive, revised RoHS2.0 directive 2011/65/EU attachment II restricted substances list, to join the four phthalates material: Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP). As of July 22, 2019, DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP should not exceed 0. 1% respectively.
This statement is to certify that the parts manufactured by CHY-TECH (H.K.) INDUSTRIAL CO.,LIMITED and its subsidiaries will fully comply with 2011/65/EU and (EU)2015/863 directives, RoHS Ⅲ and its exemption clause.
